Community Description

Banyan Village lies about 4 miles east of Port LaBelle units 1-9, just off of State Road 80 between Wellington and Lexington Parkway and is also part of Port LaBelle. The community consists of about 3,800 lots and is still in early stages of development beginning in 2021. Featuring all brand-new construction and high-speed fiber internet.

Many homes and lots are available for sale. Currently we have 3 builder partners featuring 6 models available in a wide range of prices and finish timelines. Lot development is subject to county & community guidelines. All areas allow site-built homes (concrete, wood frame & modular). Lots require installation of septic systems. Water is provided through Port LaBelle Utilities and electricity service is provided through Glades Electric. CenturyLink is the main internet provider in the region.

Port LaBelle, FL rests just east of LaBelle in Hendry County extending into Glades County just off of State Road 80 centrally located between Fort Myers (32 miles west) and Clewiston (30 miles east).

The Port LaBelle Community Development District maintains water service, road and drainage maintenance for the area. Port LaBelle consists 31,000 acres of residential zoned community and about 12,000 total lots. Individual lot sizes are generally .23-.39 acres with .23 being the most common. This community has been steadily growing since the 70's and features many green spaces to enjoy.
