The inviting patio looks out over the pool area but is distant enough that pool noise is not an issue. This area is part of the Alta Mesa community in northeast Mesa. The Chateaux is a well-maintained community of 60 units. Landscaping is a mix of lawn and xeriscape areas. The L-shaped pool is heated for year-round use. There is extensive patio furniture in the pool area as well as changing rooms. Public schools are Mendoza Elementary, Shepherd Junior High and Red Mountain Senior High. Restaurants, shops and markets are across the street. Indoor pickleball is three blocks away. Freeway access is three miles to the Red Mountain Freeway and four miles to the Superstition Freeway.
