The overall space
Alta Mesa is in northeast Mesa. Overall, there are several single family, townhouse and condominium areas. Alta Mesa Chateaux is on the northeast corner of Brown and Higley streets. The complex is 60 units, split between several two-story buildings. This unit is on the ground floor and is an end unit. End units have a few more windows. It's about a three-inch step up from the sidewalk to the front door threshold. While it's a short walk to the lovely pool and spa area, it's just far enough away that there's no noise. Also the unit's patio is discretely separated from it's neighbor. The rental includes a reserved, covered, off-street space for one normal vehicle. There is adequate off-street open parking for other cars. The neighbors are mostly middle-aged. It is not a party atmosphere. Common respect is given and expected in return. While there are children in the complex, there are few children's amenities -- there is no playground, for example.
High-speed Wi-Fi, water, sewage are included; electric is on your account. No pets. No smoking. The parking lot is spacious, includes one reserved and covered car port adjacent to the unit, and is for conventional vehicles only
