Neighborhood Description

Convenient, safe, friendly neighborhood. Old established neighborhood infused with young professionals, college students, med students. A lot of family homes which have been excellently maintained. Many houses are being bought, renovated, and expanded since the area is so convenient and stable. This house has been updated, but kept original charm. There is lots of attic space for extra bedrooms and another bath. There is also large back yard with room for expansion out the back. If you want to keep it charming and cozy, then it's ready to move in. Not on market at this time since family member is living there while attending medical school.
