When completed in 1949, Cornell Arms was the tallest building between Richmond and Miami. The 18 story building is a steel frame structure with a handsome red brick veneer designed by the regionally renowned Southeastern architecture firm Lyles, Bissett, Carlisle & Wolff (LBC&W) and is listed on the National Register of Historic Properties.

The most part I like about being in this neighborhood is having Lights during the storm while everyone else lights are out. I don’t have to worry about break-ins.
