Auto garage door opener. Covered patio off family room. Beautiful glass door fireplace in living room (fireplace is for decorative purposes only the flu is sealed off).
No smoking, no pets. We are looking for a long term tenant. Minimum of one year lease. We do backgrounds checks for evictions, credit, and criminal history.

We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully. If someone is driving down our road we wave to them, because they either live here, are lost or visiting a friend!"
