"During peak hours, driving can be terrible. There is construction happening in some areas that can put a hold on your commute. There are county buses that are within walking distance. "
  • Trulia User

  • Trulia User

"Family friendly neighborhood Super quiet and very respectful of private property. Many people exercise every morning. "
  • Cmcmuir
"It would be nice if all dog owners clean up after their dogs instead of leaving it on the ground. It’s nasty to see the mess left behind"
  • Samirah C.
"Very quiet and in the cut. Rarely see anyone outside. Been here for almost a year and I’m liking it so far."
  • Kristen C.
"The neighborhoods are turning over & becoming better- There are nice neighborhoods & there are bad ones & they are too close to each other still. "
  • LaToya P.
"None. They scheduled a music festival last weekend but no one really showed up. I think there is a lack of community involvement. "
  • Harball
"There is nothing special about this neighborhood. It has totally changed from before, and not in a good way. There are some nice places on the lake I'd like to check out, but it's still Rosemont. So no way!"
  • Pavie V.
"Depending on what time you need to be at work, it can be a 20-25 minute ride to downtown. That’s without traffic."
  • Norma M.
"Is not a good place to race kids, the schools are not good and there is a lot of crime near this neighborhood."

  • Angela V. B.
"Great location, close to downtown Orlando, Altamonte Springs and Winter Park. Unfortunately criminality is an issue here. "
  • Eva
"It was a nice neighborhood but they let the golf course run down. Probably not safe to walk alone at night. The police have been over by the apartments multiple times. We are leaving."

"Love this area. Great Mix of young and old living in the area. Neighbors are friendly and keep up their homes. Optional to belong to HOA and there is a Rosemont Woman's Club that one can join to go to many top venues around the greater Orlando area and meet your neighbors. Very close to Winter Park and College Park areas with Trader Joe's close by. John Young Parkway is easy access from here. Beautiful Lake Orlando! All around great neighborhood! "
