About this House

What's unique:Converted garageLarge backyardGreat natural lightPrivacy potentialWalk-in closetsSpacious layout
Located in one of the most underrated neighborhoods for visitors, you will be minutes away from 2 major malls (Northstar & Quarry) and 10 minutes or less from places like the Riverwalk, Alamo & Pearl Brewery!

The space
We recently remodeled the house and added a lot of fun amenities. This house is very spacious and we added great features to the home now. We wanted to not just have a traditional living and eating area, but we wanted to ensure this house had some fun features geared towards entertaining guests. As you walk in you will notice a cool-looking bar area to hang out and drink your favorite beverage with family and friends. As you walk towards the den you will immediately feel the ceiling rise to invite you into another experience. This area was intended for entertainment.

"There’s not much going on other than garage sales. Most neighbors stay inside because it’s hot all the time."
  • Mark Cantu
"Inner 410 living in San Antonio is the best living in San Antonio. This particular neighborhood is still affordable and has access to good school district. In the immediate area is North Star and Park North shopping with upscale shopping within minutes at the Alamo Quarry Market. There are two public golf courses. Arts and cultural activities are easily accessible without having to get on the freeway. Inner 410 living is how people remember it, a small town feel within a big city."
  • Trulia User
"As San Antonio continues to grow, the Inner Loop 410 area is becoming the diamond of the city. The area has prime museums, parks, farmer markets, shopping, and a small town feel. Admittedly, Ridgeview is a transitioning neighborhood that offers great value, most importantly for families is that it’s a part of the North East School District and a small pocket of homes are located in the highly sought after Alamo Heights School District."
  • Trulia User
"i like this area everthing is near schools, shopping, fitnes, and health..i lived in the area off and on for 5yrs and it has its ins and outs but for the most part it is an area i could see myself and my fammily living here for awhile and i would also recommend this area to others or advise them to check it out"
  • Trulia User
"there is a park in the neighborhood that is great for dogs. unfortunately, there are not many sidewalks here."
  • Trulia User
"No commute. I'm retired. But there are highways nearby. And major streets. Very easy to get around. Central location."
  • Trulia User
"I don't attend community events but there are occasional potlucks and movie nights at the Blessed Sacrament church. "
  • Eric H.
"I have lived here from 9 years. Great neighborhood centrally located close to the Quarry and Starbucks and Trader Joe’s."
  • zteach46
