Located on a cul-de-sac that is located approximately 1.5 miles from PSU's campus and just 1 mile southeast of downtown Pittsburg. You will be in the center of everything! All of our duplexes have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry access . All units are electric with a one car garage and lawn care is provided. These duplexes are also pet friendly for your favorite furry companion!
Renter is responsible for all utilities. Trash is not included with the rent. If you want a pet, a pet fee of $200 is required.
