Description

The unit will be available early in Oct. It is a very nice two-story duplex with one bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. It has been recently remodeled with hardwood floors and tiled travertine kitchen floor and oak cabinets, dishwasher, disposal and over the stove microwave is included. The bathroom is remodeled with tile and a beautiful clawfoot bathtub/shower! There are washer and dryer hookups in the rear of the house. I am going to put in a new storage shed in the backyard and possibly install concrete pavers. You will get an enclosed yard for privacy and entertaining. A maximum of two cats is ok. (no dogs, please.) There is a cat door all ready for you! The duplex is in a quaint area in central Monrovia surrounded by craftsman houses and is just about 5 blocks walking distance to Myrtle Ave. It is conveniently located near markets and restaurants on Huntington Ave. I have a professional gardener and the water will be included. Unfortunately, the grass is bare and brown than in the photos do to the drought but I am bringing it back and may get rid of the grass and plan low tolerant plants. Either way I am working on bringing the lawn for now.

It will be a one-year lease. Deposit is $1550 plus extra $300 if you have a cat. The tenant is presently living in it and will not be out till after October 7 and I need to clean it, etc. I will start showing the unit on Oct 7 between 9 am to 1 pm. I live next door so knock on my door.

300 extra for cat. Non smokers only. The date of availablity is based on the time frame of cleaning and repairs it's an approximate date. The unit is a duplex but there was not an option I could choose. Laudry hook ups are available and in the back common area of the duplex.
