The property is in the most desirable area of Belmont Shore in the southeast section close in proximity to the beach, bay, peninsula and 2nd Street. There are significantly less apartments and more single family homes in this area of the Shore as compared to the west side of the neighborhood, which equates more parking and less people! There is also tons of beach parking across the street for guests to use when they visit you at the beach!

This Studio unit has been completely redone and includes newer wood laminate floors, newer kitchen with quartz counters and newer stainless steel appliances, newer larger bathroom with a beautiful large walk-in custom tiled shower and newer fixtures, 2 large wardrobe closets, and ceiling fan.

The building is in a great location across the street from the beach, walking distance to the bay and peninsula, and 3 blocks from the shops and restaurants along 2nd Street. Excellent Walkscore and Bikescore.

Owner pays for Water and Trash, Tenant pays for their share of electricity and gas. Non-smoking building, and no pets allowed. There is no parking on-site. There is a secure and clean shared Laundry Room for the building.

Qualified Tenant must have good credit (660+), and verifiable income of 2 1/2 times the rental rate.

Even if you have a sign or even a small fence, they will welcome themselves in and leave the mess! I would say 80% of people who live here have dogs, but the 20% that donā€™t, hate the ones that do and will make sure you know it. "

    "I have lived in Belmont Shores for a year now and absolutely love it. Every single home is taken care of, not one eye sore. Its the kind of place where a piece of llitter on the sidewalk would find its way into my hand because it looked so out of place. Not a snobby place by all means however. The cost of living is affordable for this beachfront community with its many amenitiies. The dog beach that spans the length of the enclave, the trendy and hip shops, bars, and ethnic restaurants on 2nd Street. set the living platform for a fairly diverse, friendly while not nosey group of singles, couples, retirees and some young families to prosper from within. Everyone is always seemingly happy and the permeating lovely fresh sea breaze and pretty environment is why. I am convinced."
