About this House

Back on the market due to the inability to secure financing. This is a small quiet community centrally located close to Chrtiana Mall, RT 1, Rt 141, and I-95. This home has been updated with all new vinyl siding, all new gutters, a new roof, and a new driveway(all done 7/2018). A brand new A/C condenser was installed the week of 7/9/2018. The interior side of the home has fresh paint, and all of the wall to wall hardwood floors have just been refinished. The kitchen area has plenty of cabinet and countertop space and opens up nicely into the dining and living room areas. A finished carport area adds additional space to add another bedroom or possibly an office area for the new owners. Flood insurance is necessary, if a mortgage is needed to acquire this property.
