"Close to everything! 15 minutes to mall, Walmart nearby, close to fast food, banks, Dunkin’ Donuts and Walgreens! Very close to necessities! "
  • Holly.wysocki
"They recently did a craft fair one weekend. A group got together to plant flowers in the park, which was nice. "
  • Holly.wysocki
"There is a Big park in center of neighborhood that runs the length of the parkway. Plenty of streets make a comfortable walk of varying lengths. "
  • Holly.wysocki
"Union Park Gardens has a nice blend of people, all races, all ages. Children enjoy playing in the park in the center of the community. Most homes are well maintained here. "
  • Caitie M.
"Only place in the city I’ve seen that goes all out for Christmas, kids go out on Halloween, there’s even water egg hunts. It’s such a great community"
  • Mgkirkp
"It’s a very friendly neighborhood and people look out for each other. I often see people I know when I walk my dog, at least by sight. I really like the aesthetics of UPG too. These townhouses were built in 1919 and have character. "
  • "Too many renters. City govt is awful. Streets are not clean. Parking is awful and worse in winter with snow. I don't feel safe here. Have to park far away and walk to my house at night. Very scary."
