    "I lived in the neighborhood for several years the neighbors were friendly and looked out for one another. I’ve heard that now since the recent rebuilding the neighbors or neighborhood isn’t the same, there has been a spike of different crimes in the area along with random shootings( no injuries), robbery’s, etc."

    "My neighborhood is being gentrified and I believe that it will look asthecticaly better, but the living conditions will be lessened. The homes here are already small and they are being replaced with smaller houses. I would not rent again because it will become more congested and people will be living on top of each other!"
