First month plus $3000 refundable deposit. Plus pet deposit at $250 per pet. No smoking inside home. Smoking only allowed on the deck. No cigarettes allowed on property. This is an Ecological Sanctuary and has received many grants for creek restoration, fire mitigation, native plantings, invasive removals and fencing.
