RENT REDUCED ON THIS 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home has a large livingroom, dining area with a slider to the screen enclosed porch. The master bedroom has the 1/2 bath and a walk in closet. The kitchen has newer cabinets, a range, refrigerator & double sink w/window over looking the huge back yard. There is a laundry room off the kitchen which has your washer/dryer hook ups...and that leads you to a den or office. Since you have the extra living space, there is limited garage area, but it is accessed from the overhead garage door...good for storage, bikes, etc.
There is tile everywhere except the 2 bedrooms that do have carpeting.
This home is off Mariner but close to everything...shopping, bus route, schools, restaurants and more.

Tenant will be responsible for all utilities & their hook up fees, which are water/sewer/electric/phone and lawn maintenance. The rent does include the trash pick up. There is NO smoking or vaping in any home, No parking on the grass or on the front swale and we're asking for a one year lease minimum. You may be required to pay the last months rent in advance and the security deposit is always due once you are approved. There there is an application fee of $125 for 2 adults (others 18 yrs and older will need to pay an additional fee of $45 per). This includes a full credit check, back ground check and lease fee.
