The home is located in a wooded area full of wildlife, from deer and otters to eagles and hawks. Nearly a full-acre surrounded by trees provide plenty of privacy. Walking trails and a tennis court are available to residents.
Lawn care will be provided, but owner is seeking tenants who will be attentive to maintenance needs as they may arise, and very respectful of the property and willing to keep it in the same condition throughout the terms of the rental.
