This is a centrally located area and the property has long term tenants who are very respectful and professional. Your maintenance needs will be handled immediately. There is no deferred maintenance at this building.

The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area.
