This spacious home offers a convenient washer and dryer and off-street parking available, so you can easily come and go as you please. The fenced yard provides a private outdoor space, perfect for enjoying the fresh air or hosting small gatherings. The renter pays for electricity and gas. $40 per person, per month, for W/S/T. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
