Situated on a tranquil corner lot, with the added beauty of a grassy lot across the street ensuring an unblocked view, this beautifully maintained 1974, 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence offers unmatched serenity amidst the hustle and bustle. With the added benefit of a triangle roundabout, traffic flows effortlessly around your haven. As you step through the door, be welcomed by a recent double-layer of fresh paint, from the exterior facade to the intimate corners of its interiors. Revel in the luminosity of the freshly painted spaces, each room gracefully illuminated by natural sunlight. The heart of the home, a tastefully designed kitchen, boasts an island for meal preps and an elongated island-style ground cabinet, ensuring ample space for culinary essentials. Car enthusiasts and DIY hobbyists alike will appreciate the expansive 2-car mechanic style garage. Beyond its capacity for vehicle parking, the garage has received meticulous attention with new drywall, paint, and flooring—offering more than enough room for tools, storage, and workbenches. Retreat to the backyard, where memories await to be made. The brick porch stands as an invitation for weekend barbecues or relaxed evening gatherings. Not to be overlooked, the multitude of upgrades ensures a hassle-free transition. From newly installed closet doors and carpets to revamped bathroom vanities and resurfaced tubs, no detail has been spared. Some plumbing updates, modernized electrical outlets, and light switches further testify to its renovated charm. The home's structural integrity remains paramount. A roof replacement in 2008 stands strong, having been recently inspected and certified by professionals. The impeccable septic system, replaced in 2022, ensures seamless functionality. While the water heater from 2009 and the AC unit from 2003 may hint at their age, both perform flawlessly—owing to diligent maintenance and care. Rest assured, this home is not just move-in ready; it's a move you'll cherish for years to come. And with NO HOA to contend with, your peaceful suburban retreat awaits.

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSleepy Hill is a terrible place. The Principal is fake just like her body, and does not care for the students. She’s puts on a facade. She does not care about her teaching staff. All she cares about is beautifying the office, sleeping with her subordinates, and looking important. Her and the school is a joke. Students don’t even have chargers for their laptops.Other Review7mo ago - Sleepy Hill Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids are car riders and currently go to this school. The school faculty that direct the vehicles through the line are absolutely the rudest. I have had some really pleasant interactions as well but mostly over the phone. The people in the office tend to have the same grouchy attitude as the people in the pick up/drop off line. There are exaggerated motions of me needing to move my vehicle while my children are actively boarding or leaving my vehicle. And they yell at us to move when I get one of my sons and the other is still on his way. My 8 year old told a faculty member to have a good day when he left and she replied “no not today” like she couldn’t be bothered to tell him to have a good day as well.Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 5134 Harvard St W.
