"Our neighborhood has community yard sales, the elem school and middle school school are within blocks so we have all the school activities to attend. We have a really fun Halloween, lots of home made haunted houses in everyone yard or garage. We have StLuke in the neighborhood and they have fish fryโ€™s and craft events that the neighborhood attends and also a baseball field for the kids There is a huge park in the school yard that the moms take the kids to in the summer and sit and chat while the kids play . Itโ€™s a good place . "
  • Donna Jo Daunt
"I live close to the highways and can get most places in 15 minutes or less, morning traffic can be tough as everyone is on the road at the same time but otherwise ..no problems "
  • Domani Atalig
"Itโ€™s too close to the main road, busy streets, no close or nearby parks or parks for dogs. Not really a place to leave your pet outside."

"most neighbors are ok, but then you have the ones that have their 30ty year old kids still living with them causing trouble. older people aren't the problem, it's their entitled kids. "

  • Jeff & Stacey G.
"tt is common to see neighbors walking with a variety of their adorable pooches..I've never come across an owner or pet that was not pleasant. The dog walk area as well as the large fenced in dog run are always kept nice, clean and inviting. The Community Management keeps plenty of high quality "pooh" bags on hand as well! Overall, a very nice and safe community! ๐Ÿ˜"
  • Chris F.
"The area is quiet for the most part, and the crime isn't all that bad. Housing requires more than 1 tenant to have a job, or 1 tenant with a high paying job. Have lived in this neighborhood for 19 years, and it has only gotten better. Minus the traffic during the holidays and the first few weeks after school starts."
  • Raina B.
