It has central heat and a/c. The unit has off-street parking for 2 cars.

Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity. Small dogs on approval with additional deposit. Co-signers may be accepted.

 Renters liability insurance is required for all financially responsible tenants


This is a year lease. All properties require an application process. Each person over the age of 18 must complete an application. The application fee is $35 per person. The increase in traffic is horrible and rude drivers ignoring traffic laws are now the rule and not the exception.. stay away from main roads during the hours of 4:30- 6:30 "
