About this House

Furnished month to month room rentals in the lower level of my private home. Must be female with preference for students or traveling professionals. Excluding closet space, one bedroom is 86 Sq Ft with an XL twin bed renting for $800, and the other has a queen size bed in a 120 Sq Ft room renting for $825. There is a shared bathroom and common area. Rent includes utilities (water, gas/electric, trash), internet, cookware, utensils, bedding, towels, TV, appliances, etc. The private entrance opens into the shared laundry area. Sorry but no animals allowed; there are dogs already living here. No partying, drugs, smoking, or anything illegal. We are quiet people and looking for the same. Located near Dell Range and North College.

This is a month to month lease agreement with no prorating of the final month. Before completing an application know that minimum qualifications include a credit score greater than 650, income 3 X rent (if you are a student contact me for further clarification), a clear background check showing no evictions or criminal history. At lease signing a $800 deposit and first months rent are due. Deposit is refundable per lease agreement. No smoking, vaping, drugs, illegal activity, excessive noise, animals, or unauthorized guests allowed. Parking is available in front of the rental house. Please refrain from parking in front of neighbors' homes. Tenant is responsible for keeping the rental clean, preventing water damage or clogging pipes, and bringing up any maintenance issues when they occur. **This rental should not be looked upon as a long term rental**
