Weaver Creek Apartments is a locally owned, resort style community, located on the SW side of Springfield! This luxury style community features 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments to call home. Each home has been carefully designed with our resident's wants/ needs in mind while providing excellent customer care and keeping engaged with the community.

Weaver Creek features homes that are spacious and affordable, with water, sewer, trash, cable and internet provided. Resident's pay electric only!
The resort style pool, hot tub, 24 hour fitness center, tanning, DVD library, business center, game room, gift wrapping, car care center, dog park, & playground are all free to use.

We are a pet friendly community, with restrictions. We love our fur baby residents and have complimentary treats at the office and host occasional pet events.

    "I have loved living at South Valley Apartments. They are located in a very safe, quiet, and convenient location. They are very well priced comparatively. I like the fact that the complex is gated. They have also been recently renovated and look very nice. Maintenance has been pretty timely, and they have communicated very well regarding that. Amy is very communicative as well. She will send out messages about people losing pets asking for help to find them, maintenance going on, etc. I would highly recommend checking out these apartments for anyone looking. "

Bring a plastic bag for pet waste.because neighborhood requires you pick up your pets waste and throw it away. "
