My car was hit twice by either a drunk driver or someone who stole a vehicle. Neighbours aren’t compassionate and loud but then wants to tell you to be quiet. "

There are a lot of shootings, and when the police are called, they arrive 3 to 5 hours later. In addition, the neighbors play their music extremely loud with no consideration for others. The building is full of roaches and rats."
