1 bedroom second floor apartment. Right away you enter into the living room which is large with lots of natural light. To the left is the bedroom which has a closet and an additional room with a closet off the room. This bonus room would work great for a nursery or an office. To the right is the kitchen which is quant with a breakfast nook. The door to the bathroom is in the kitchen. The bathroom has a tub/shower and is fairly small.

Water, sewage, garbage are paid by landlord, Tenant is responsible for electric. As of 5/28/26, the average electric cost through NWPS is $15. This building is three stories tall, with five units in building.

Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per animal added to your rent monthly.

Our rents are based on a 12-month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
