Nice spacious 2 bedroom house with hardwood floors. Galley kitchen with stove and refrigerator included. Great mudroom/porch on the west side of the house. Great basement for storage but not finished. Washer and dryer can be located in the basement. Bathroom has tub/shower combination.

There is plenty of street parking but there also is an area where you can pull your vehicle off the street onto the property.

Great apple tree in the back yard.

The house has central heating and cooling.

Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent.
