About this House

We are renting a room with ensuite bathroom in a large, fully renovated craftsman house in the heart of Long Beach, two-minutes walk from retro row.

All utilities included: electricity, gas, water, trash, internet, monthly professional cleaning

Common area includes living room, kitchen. Fully furnished and equipped (pots, pans, glassware, etc. included, photos coming soon).

Parking is available on the side of the house for free but is tandem.

All rooms have a ceiling fan. Split AC unit in the living room.

Room #4 is 185 square feet and has its own bathroom. All room mates are females in their 20s and 30s working.

No pets due to shared living arrangements / roomies with allergies.

All rooms are single occupancy only, no exceptions due to having to share resources (kitchen, washer/dryer, parking, etc.). So there will be a max of 4 tenants in the house.

One month deposit
One year lease preferred; 6 months negotiable
