Room Description

This is bedroom to rent.. it is few blocks from the beach. The room I am renting is located in a beautiful well decorated spacious condo located on the first floor. This bedroom is only for ONE person. Location wise is great, walking distance to stores, coffees, restaurants, bars (str8 and gay) and beach. Your room (for one person only) has all the furniture that you desire (all furniture is new! bed, matrees, night lamp and table, closet, drawers)
Looking for super respectful, clean, organized, considerated, nice & quiet roomate, no drugs, no pets, no parties, no smokers, preference to student
Me: Professional, single, sport gym outdoor oriented guy in his 30s, gay friendly, quiet easy going guy, no smoker

We are two professionals working most of the time from work , a 7am to 4 pm job Monday to Friday . We are very quiet and we want to keep the place quiet and organized . We like outdoors so we try to be out of the place often.
