Mr. Bissell, the principal, goes above and beyond to make parents feel included! I have a child with special needs as well as a neurotypical child, and the communication with all the teachers has been superb! Students are treated and talked to horribly by some teachers and administrators. There is no accountability from administrators. There is only finger pointing to others for all of the failings of the school. There are numerous fights each day. Teachers get hit regularly when fights break out. It’s a dangerous environment for all involved. Jefferson County needs to take a look at the number of teachers that resigned during the school year.
