Description

Custom built full log home, with rock fireplace in great room. There are 3 bedrooms ,plus loft or 4th. bedroom on the second floor. Huge fenced yard with shed in backyard. Property sitting on over 1/2 acre of land and fenced. Irrigation on automatic sprinklers front and back and bubblers for trees. In 2008, we added an attached double car garage with work bench, cabinets and deep sink. There are two double garage doors, 8' high, one in the front and one in the back for parking boat or trailer in the back yard. Full storage attic above the garage with pull down stairs. We've also added a large covered back porch with trek floor. The house has 3 bedrooms and loft or 4th bedroom or office on the second floor. We also added a full laundry room with cabinets and deep stainless steel sink, freezer and linen closet. The property has two apple trees, on peach and one plum. There are a lot of trees on the property front and back. Ample parking on property. In 2017, the driveway to the garage (132ft) was paved, sidewalks added on the side of the house and front steps.

Ramsey park is very close with many amenities including multiple sport fields, dog park, library, pool, children’s play area, bbq areas, skating park and a hiking trail. Payson is a vey outdoorsy place with 35 hiking trail around the city limits and many, many more trails, water areas, camping etc. Truly an outdoor persons dream place."
