Description

Available now! Giving tours by May 2024. Read below and visit the house's website.

Beautiful mountain home on the golf course, nestled in Arizona's cool mountain town, Payson! The home is a beautifully-appointed, fully-furnished 1-story ranch with south-facing deck and outdoor barbeques. Secluded down a private, tree-lined driveway at the edge of Country Club Estates, it's a quiet place. Free of traffic noise, you can hear the sounds of hummingbirds and wildlife... and golfers out on the fairway!

Payson's weather is absolutely unbeatable! Comfortable dry climate, with warm days and cool nights (NOT like Phoenix!) 89 /59 summer... 56 /26 winter. "Hazy-hot-n-humid" doesn't exist here, and there are no relentless winters. Deep blue skies... 286 annual days of sunshine... and dark, starry nights. Due to Payson's strict light pollution controls, you can enjoy the nighttime Milky Way right from the deck!

Home has 2 bedrooms (or 3 including the office with sofabed). 2 full bathrooms plus a men's lavatory in garage. 3-car garage. Built in 1994. See floorplan on the website, www -dot- paysonhomerental -dot- com.

Home is available at the end of this month; showings available on request, in advance, 7 days a week.

Lease terms negotiable. See website www -dot- paysonhomerental -dot- com for full detail. Rates vary depending on term. See website.

"I walk dogs every week. Most dog owners in town have their dogs under control. One got out of it's yard one time while I was running another dog. It charged us looking defensive but as soon as I ran at the dog it peed itself and jumped back over the fence. "

"It’s a close walk to the green valley park and historical Main Street. The down side is there aren’t sidewalks and people drive Very fast down this street. There are also not too many street lights so people usually walk their dogs during the day to the park. "

"I’ve lived in the Payson area my entire life. The town is a great little mountain town. The people are friendly and there fun little shops and restaurants. If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
