Please be aware that there is only space for one vehicle in the alley. This unit has a shower only, no tub. Laundry is located on site with coin operated machines. Unit will include a range & refrigerator. This unit is only a few steps away from the laundry area. There is a flat utility fee of $100 that will be added to the monthly rent. Pets are allowed with a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet & additional $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Tenant will be responsible for lawncare & snow removal. Please do not submit any applications or background checks through Zillow, we will not see them
