The surrounding farm fields are private property and cannot be accessed by tenant and nothing can be picked from the surrounding fields. Garbage bins must be taken to the main road for pick up.
Basic Utilities: Gas is provided via a propane tank; the tenant will pay for any refilling needed, owner to be reimbursed. Electricity is included up to $120.00, tenant will reimburse owner for costs above this amount. Water and trash service is included in the rent.
