I have a daughter who goes to school at Spreckels. She loves school and feels engaged and welcomed each day. We are very happy with the school district.

Posted by a parent on 10/30/2025I’ve been a parent here since 2009. I have 2 at Spreckels and 1 at BV currently. We love it here. I have never experienced anything like some of these negative reviews. I’m actually shocked to be honest. From staff to parent's, everyone is very friendly and kind. Very student focused. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have nothing but positive things to say about this school. Both my girls go here and have been since preschool. The PTO involvement is heavy and i love that parents and teachers and administration work together for the betterment of the students. The teachers have all been super great and warm and knowledgeable. I love that my girls will have their biliteracy seal for spanish speakers. There is a lot of fundraising that happens at this school but because parents know this is for student fieldtrips and extracurriculars there is no hesitation to help; therefore the students get to enjoy many fieldtrips for each grade level. So sad my daughter will be leaving this year to middle school!Parent Review2y ago - Monterey County Home Charter School

Mrs. Diane and Mrs. Lisa have been critical to my son and his future school choices. This is a home study, and you get what you give program. Study hard and the teachers gives you the tools and support for sure.Parent Review4y ago - Our Savior Lutheran School
