There really is just about everything within a few blocks walk, and construction in recent years has added even more amenities. Easy access to public transport, and just a few minutes away from West Seattle parks and beaches. Getting into downtown is about as easy as it gets, if you're not already in downtown. You really can't match the variety and value of West Seattle, if you like city access, but without the crowding, traffic and parking issues in other Seattle neighborhoods."
