Description

Coming Soon! Available August 1, 2019 (July 21 at the earliest). Updated home on large corner lot across the street from natural area and Amazon Creek. Just a hop, skip and a jump over to Frank Kinney Park and The Amazon Headwaters Trail for access to the Ridgeline Trail system, Spencer Butte and Mt. Baldy. Amazing recreational and hobby opportunities. Nice level walking loop around and across Amazon Creek is right out the front door!

Spacious backyard with landscaping and abundant opportunities for wild bird photography and experiencing nature. More than 30 varieties of wild birds visit the backyard throughout the year. View of Spencer Butte.

Warm and bright interior with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated fixtures, newer cabinets, double pane vinyl windows, energy efficient ductless heat pump with A/C, dimmer switches for lighting ambiance.

Single car garage with small workbench and cabinet storage, covered outdoor storage and parking for recreational vehicles behind double wide gate. Fully fenced back yard. Sunny area prepared for vegetable and flower gardening. Five-year old Asian pear, apple and cherry trees. Raspberries, Japanese maples, and tons of flowering perennials.

3 bedrooms (approx. 100 sq feet each), 1 full bath with tub and shower, 1 half bath with vanity sink and toilet - also includes energy efficient front load washer/dryer in the half bath (washer/dryer not maintained by owner).

Some updates made do not appear in main photos such as paint color in kitchen (tangerine) and living area (fog blue). A "swatch" photo to show paint color is posted. Great rental since there is actually some color in the house! The living room currently has a subtle "gray matte screen" painted on the wall since we have used a ceiling mounted projector for movies and games rather than a television. It's a great way to keep a screen out of the living area but still have an opportunity to watch movies sometimes. We can leave it or paint it depending on your preference.

Thermostatic Mixing Valve installed on hot water heater -- keeps hot water flowing for longer!
