About this House

Vintage house on quiet tree lined street, close to bus line, grocery store, restaurants, bars, mall, auto repair shops, coop grocery store, farmers market, and park. Off street parking, garage, laundry in basement. Fenced yard with compost, garden space, and small fire pit. Rear patio. The garage is used by the landlord, but might be made available for the tenant to use for projects, etc. Screened in front porch. Police and fire departments are just a few blocks away located in the City building. The county administration building is just a few blocks away where you can vote! Please do not waste your money filling out an application before you see the place. I do not require that. Although it won't be available until September 1, we can probably make accommodations if you need to start moving stuff in earlier. There is a hatch that has to be opened near the back door to access the basement. You must be a fully functioning person in order to get in and out of the basement to do your laundry or to change the furnace filter, etc. A 700 or higher credit score is required to rent this apartment. No exceptions! Photos are various from throughout the years. We are currently repainting everything and fixing some floor issues.

Owner pays recycling tax, sewer. First months rent, and deposit is due at lease signing.
