It's 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with an enclosed back porch and off-street parking in the back.
The kitchen is recently renovated with white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, a new vinyl plank (LVP) floor, and a dishwasher.
All other rooms (except bathroom) have hardwood floors.
There is a high-efficiency, geothermal HVAC to save money on your utilities.
The house is all-electric, so there is no gas bill. The owner pays the water bill. So, the electric is the only basic utility bill !
The back porch includes a washer/dryer.
It is an older (1950s) house, and there are some things that reflect that. For example, the sheet rock has some cracks in it. The bathtub is an old tub and looks okay but it's obviously not new! But overall, the house has been well-maintained.
