    "People's dogs are often left unattended and get out of the yards. We have been attacked twice by a dog on our street while walking ours with no concern coming from the owner. Was actually told to shut up as we were screaming for help. After the attack the owner still never came out to get their dogs. Dog has also attacked kids and the owner still somehow has possession of the animal. Not only that, there were two dogs and the older one is the one that was never seen again instead they got a rottweiler along with the original dog that attacked us. "
