About this House

Cute house, amazing location. Nice neighbors who've lived here a long time. Really feels like home. Need someone to take over our lease March 1st. Relocating to GA and need tenants to fill our place. Great lot size, and lawn care is included in the rent. Hardwood throughout home, big sunroom doesn't count towards sq footage and a massive basement that stays warm in winter and cool in summer. Has a storage room so you don't have to stare at your boxes while enjoying the basement. We have a pool table down there with tons of room for other things. Master upstairs is really cool and has two nice closets. Big 2 car garage and a car port! You will have to apply through the management company who have been a pleasure to rent from by the way. Internet included. This won't last long, hard to find a home for rent in the area. Walk to brewery, restaurants and CVS as well as liquor store if that's your thing. Nice big side yard and back yard

Take over lease ending Feb 1st 2024, with option for renewal. Home will be as is but any repairs are taken care of by a great team. $300 pet deposit and 25$ a month added to rent for pets
$ 35 application fee to be paid to the management company accompanied with your application. Home will be professionally cleaned at our expense before you move in so you'll have a nice clean slate. Washer and dryer included

    "there are live music events at the pavilion area at the mall just a few blocks away during summer months . and there is a nice park in town with a lake for fishing and a pool and water park and golf course and baseball fields and soccer fields a playground and dog park and walking trails. they have some nice scheduled functions like July 4th fireworks etc. its just maybe 3 miles from my home"

    "its pretty safe. im not scared outside at any hour. there are some nice parks in richmond well maintained and family oriented. there are a decent amount of stores and restaurants for the size town. having Eastern ky univ hear keeps things relatively vibrant. in the same county there us also berea college which is very artsy crafts with interesting festivals and local music. also 20 miles away in the next county is univ of ky and a larger town with lots of shopping and entertainment. an airport and Keeneland racetrack lots of beautiful horse farms and of course bourbon distilleries since bourbon is only distilled in ky with water filtered through limestone. Boonsboro state park is between Richmond and Lexington where Daniel Boone built the second fort and settlement (i think) in 1792 in Kentucky. there is a replica fort and demonstrations of what life was like. the kentucky River also runs beside it with a nice campground and water stuff boating and fishing. "
