7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePoor communication and transparency. Summit intermediate administration failed to notify parents that they canceled their intramural sport after school program due to wind. Which is understandable. What’s not understandable is how they cannot send out an email or notice to parents. When they can send out an email for fundraisers and testing and everything else to parents throughout various hours of the day and night. I showed up to the school and not seeing my kids in the spot I pick them up in after intramural sports is heartbreaking and frightening. This school and its administrators need to have better communication with parents in making sure we know when sports/activities are canceled bc not everyone child has a cell phone and shouldn’t put that responsibility on children. My child was being abused and bullied by other students and he cried and was begging not to take him to school because of the bully and he’s only in first grade. His teacher didn’t care to do anything. And when I report to the school they didn’t care as well and didn’t offer a solution. I decided to move my house to a different area so I can take my kid out of this school. Later on the year few days before I change his school he had an award ceremony. I attend the award ceremony for my child and every time his teacher walks by my child would be terrified. Until now to this day my child is still traumatized and I have no idea what happened in school, and what has happened to my child that he got so scared of school, when he used to love going to school. No one cares and no one will offer to even help. If you want your child in a safe school and coming home safely without any injuries and without any trauma then go to a different school. "Neighbors look out for each other and the kids can play safely outside in the Duncan Canyon area. Halloween is done as a neighborhood party for all to enjoy. The area around North Fontana is growing."

"This area is part of Etiwanda School District. API score of over 900 for elementary, intermediate and high school, beating Rancho Cucamonga schools. Price tag of the houses in the area is significantly less than Rancho. A hidden gem."

"I have lived here almost 3 years and couldn't be happier. There is little traffic as we are at the end of the street. I feel safe when running or walking and the landscaping is very well maintained, with no graffiti. Easy access to the I15 and 210 freeways and shopping centers within 5 minutes"

"This area Coyote Canyon is a hidden slice of whats right in America. Zero graffitti, no gangs, good churches, basball parks fantastic resturants, Walking and biking trails. This is the best of fontana Los Angeles has nothing to compare this to. This is justa beautiful area to live in. Pictureque mountain back drop, city lights, all the high end restuant and shopping."
