Located near the golden mile and 70 exits for those who commute. There is a big study room overlooking the large front yard that has a potential for a beautiful garden ready to plant. There is a big garage on property that is not included in the rental property that will be occupied and used by owners.

Renter is responsible for the electricity and trash collection fees. Renter is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. A lawn mower will be provided by the owner.
Water is supplied by a well. Care in use of water is necessary to avoid overusing the well.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
