Garage is updated with LED lighting, bright white paint, new shelving along both sides and tool shop room is well equipped with shelving, a work bench and new LED lighting. New 10-year smoke and CO detectors. House has central air & heat. Dogs are negotiable. Also included is the lawn doctor and bug spray and also pine straw once a year. Castlewoods subdivision is a well established community in Rankin county with quick access to Hwy 25, the reservoir, multiple dining and shopping options along with award winning Northwest Rankin schools.
