The community is secure and quiet and comprised of working professionals. The unit is within a 3-minute drive, to Target, Jamba Juice and several other retail, grocery, and convenience stores. The Metro Blue line is adjacent to the community and provides easy access to USC, CSUDH, and downtown LA. You can get to downtown Los Angeles within 15 minutes, LAX within 15 minutes, and downtown Long Beach within 10 minutes.

The deposit is $1050, plus the first month's rent of $1050 adds up to $2100 for move-in. The rent moving forward is $1050 plus utilities. The lease term is one year, then month to month.
