I will ask some prequalifying questions before running criminal and background reports. Only want to rent to a family no subletting of any rooms allowed.

No Pets allowed per insurance, No Smoking/Vaping allowed inside, Renters pay Water, Electricity, Gas & Renters Insurance. $75 per adult for application fee which credit and background reports will be reviewed. Tenant will need to keep the foundation watered with a soaker hose during summer months for foundation upkeep. Landlord will pay for outside Pest Control, Lawn Maintenance, Filters for AC. Landlord will provide Microwave/Ventahood, dishwasher, stove & refrigerator but will not maintain them. If they quit, tenants will be responsible for getting replacements if they want. Laundry room has hookups.
