"Seems like all breeds are allowed. No collars needed. And it is very sad to say, but very few residents clean up after their pet. There are many pet waste stations that provide baggies and a trash can, yet it doesn’t seem very effective. "

"My commute is easy with a vehicle. It is close to several strip malls and restaurants and more. There are bus stops as well. I truly think this is a great neighborhood that you and your family will enjoy and easily get around to see the sights"

"It is a great community to walk your dog. People are friendly and walking their dogs as well. There is a love of pets and respect to ask before interacting with the dogs. It is amazing to be a dog owner in the area and they look out for you after getting to know you or seeing you walk all the time. "
