Plantation Bay is a gated non-age restricted golf community. Country club membership is OPTIONAL and costs extra and offered at several levels. Club has two championship courses, one with three nines and the other 18 holes, Many lighted tennis/pickle-ball courts, fitness center and swimming pool, state of the art Fitness Center and two clubhouses for dining and social events.

- No loud cars, trucks, nor motorcycles. HOA fines for loud vehicles.
- HOA does have a pet limit and might restrict some breeds of dogs.

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
