This Post and Beam cabin is a perfect place to Work-From-Home or for an easy commute into Keene. 3-Season porch can serve as an office or work room. Wide pine flooring. Floor to ceiling stone "Rumford" fireplace with wood stove. Optional second sleeping area in loft overlooking the living room. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Outside there's a large lawn, vegetable garden, and a campfire area. Ample outdoor parking for multiple vehicles. Tenant covers heat, trash and all utilities. Owner provides water, snow plowing and mowing of field. This cabin is accessed by a privately maintained road. The US Postal Service doesn't deliver to the house but you can get a PO box in Gilsum. FedEx and UPS however do deliver.
