move inid February. Very spacious. Bright one bed large enough for two people to share . The bedroom fits a queen bed and dressers . Has double closets. Eat in kitchen fits dining and has gas stove. The living room fits home office and entertainment. There are built-ins as well. Heat and hot water included, No fee. No dogs, cats are allowed. There is no parking available. If you have a car you have to find parking to rent nearby as there is no overnight parking on the streets in Brookline. Greenline C train is a swift walk nearby

Move in mid February...No Fee....Coolidge Corner close to Washington Square and Longwood Medical.......This is a sunny and spacious, absolutely large enough for a couple. Cats are allowed, dogs are not. Very large living room fits multiple sofas and entertainment. Has built-ins and a wonderful amount of storage. Bedroom very comfortably fits queen bed, dressers and has two closets. Eat in kitchen is has gas stove and fits dining set. Immaculate bathroom. Laundry downstairs.. Heat and hot water included.......Convenient to Coolidge Corner, Brookline Village, Beacon Street, Harvard Ave, Longwood Medical, so very many restaurants, stores, coffee shops, groceries, the green line C train
