This home offers a garage with a garage door. Home is conveniently located in the center of Petal, which offers quick access to Hattiesburg as well. Home is close to all the schools in Petal as well as all the wonderful restaurants and walking distance to Grand Central Outfitters.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No smoking allowed. One year lease is required. If tenant has a pet there is a one time non-refundable pet deposit of $500.00. Tenant is responsible for the up keep of the lawn. We do not accept section 8. Tenant is required to fill out an application and credit/back ground will be done at time of application.

All expansion road work will be complete by summer of 2012 so don't allow that to deter your buying choices.
